Event planning is included as part of my fee for formal events and begins as soon as you decide you would like me to provide for your entertainment needs. This planning includes what will happen just prior to the dance and during the dance, it does not include planning or coordinating your entire day.  My rate will include one, in person meeting, and unlimited phone or e-mail contacts, you are allowed to change your mind as many times as you want, just give me a little bit of time if you want a different song that needs to be purchased! Based on discussions with you it will be determined what type of activities you would like to take place. This may include the traditional "special dances"; first dance, daughter/father dance, son/mother dance, bridal party dance, dollar dance, and the like or it may include trivia games, auctioning off the garter or bouquet, or whatever we come up with! If you have an idea please discuss it with me, or if you don't want to do something traditional but you are not sure what to replace it with please tell me and we will see what we can come up with!

Worksheets for Dances

• Wedding Planner - This wedding planner/worksheet can be downloaded and you can fill in the blanks with your computer.  Save it as you go and when you are done you can e-mail it back to me!  That way we both have an electronic copy of it!

Worksheets for Wedding Ceremonies

• Basic/Simple Civl Service - Short, simple, and sweet, this is the most basic ceremony that will unite you and your special one in a new life together!  You should download this, fill out the blanks, save it, and then e-mail it back to me.
• Wedding Planning Form - This form is to be in the intial steps of planning your ceremony.  By filling it out you will give me a good idea of what you want for your special day.
